Purchased the wig on 2/6/2020 from their website. Prior to purchase, I emailed with my measurements as the website states the wigs are custom made.

I recieved the wig 3 days later, much earlier than anticipated for something custom made. It was not what I ordered. It was much too big and the wrong length. My head circumference is 21" and the wig was 25" and I ordered 18" length and it was 25" long.

I emailed on 2/11/2020 with no reponse from company. I then opened a Paypal dispute for "item not described". The seller then emailed me outside of Paypal and said they would refund me if I sent returned the wig and closed the dispute. I complied. I closed the dispute and returned the wig on 2/14/2020.



Per USPS tracking, they received the wig on 2/17/2020. They have not refunded me as of to date and have not responded to any emails. My last email was 2/19/2020 asking for them to complete the refund as they promised. No response.  Paypal cannot do anything because I closed the dispute.

I am out the initial cost and the money I paid to ship it back. The website has no return policy/gaurantee or which should have been a red flag from the beginning.
