Sent me a wig that the odor when I opened the box made me sick. The chemicals were so strong, no way could you wear this wig. I immediately notified them and they wanted to give me a credit without receiving the wig. They wanted to charge me the 12.00 fee for return shipment. I refused and finally got a dispute mgr via email. I felt strongly that it was their responsibility to sell goods that are wearable.

If they sell defects, thay should accept responsibility . They refused and after receiving the return they deliberately lied and said there was a tear in the back and the tags were incorrectly sewed back in. I know it was a lie because I never took the wig out of the pkg. it smelled that strong! They chose to lose a customer over 12.00. and receive a negative report about their lying! research showed that the same thing happened to other customers and they are have 44% bad complaints against them. I did post this on Facebook that is how I learned about your site.

I will be 89 next month and liked the wig, but could not wear it due to the smell.
