Wigsbuy Sent a wig that was the complete wrong color, did not look like online image, refused to provide me with a full refund Santa Fe Springs California

I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy on 11/2/2020.  I paid $169.72.  I received the product on 11/26/2020.  The product I received looked nothing like the images depicted on the Wigsbuy website.  The color was completely wrong - I ordered a dark brown/brunette color wig; I received blonde/light brown wig. 

The image of the wig on their site showed a natural part, the wig I received had no natural part.  I filed a dispute according to their policy on 11/26/20.  I did not receive any response from them until 12/6/2020 even though their policy states they will respond within 48 hours.  I reached out to them four times before they responded.  I finally sent an instant message through their Facebook page before they responded. 

They required that I send a picture, which I did to clearly show that they sent the wrong product.  I asked for a full refund.  Over several back and forth email messages, in which they refused to provide a return address for me to return the product, they finally agreed to refund $129 minus shipping charges and provided the return address; they are requiring me to pay shipping charges to return the product yet they're still planning to deduct shipping charges from the less-than full refund they're offering.  They are basically trying to only refund 1/2 the purchase price.

Their products are grossly misrepresented on their site.  They do not honor their return policy and they practicde fraudulent business practices.
