I purchased a wig for $97.00 from Wigsis and after waiting for over 3 weeks, it finally arrived. The website stated the wig would be shipped within 15 days. When received, the wig not only did not look anything like the wig I ordered, the color was all wrong, and the wig was tangled so badly that a stylist could not even comb it through. It has holes where there should be hair and there is no way that anyone could wear this wig without it being very obvious. I contacted "Olivia" through the website who has given me the run around since I started complaining about it when I hadn't received the wig on time. This Olivia has had me send pictures to her, tried to placate me with telling me that they had already incurred such expense that it would not be refunded. I have had numerous emails back and forth to get this straightened away but have gotten nowhere. Now, this last email is telling me that it is basically too bad for me. This company is a not reputable at all. The website has statements that they will refund or replace but that is not the case. I wish to do whatever I have to do to warn others not to waste their money.

Look on the website for their return/refund policy. I did not even remove the tag and sent a picture as proof.
