The owner who is the main artist took 370 as a down payment on a tattoo. I made 4 appointments with them he always had an excuse. He never sketched out the tattoo nor did he start. I got tired of rescheduling so I asked for a refund. He started complaining that he might be losing his store and that he going through personal problems. Then turned around and asked me on a date so he wouldn't give me my money back. He claimed he's Bern doing it for 20 years. Mind you he's so unprofessional that he texted this to me. After 3 weeks of him claiming he would give me back my refund he decided to put up a no refund sign.
