My horrible experience with WildBlue goes back 4 months now. I discovered my newly installed wireless internet service was not working, so I called for help from the Wild Blue tech support. Thus began the worst nightmare of my life.
They walked me through countless procedures, they disconnected me, they said they would call me back... they had every excuse in the book for not being able to help me. They said they would send a service tech out for a fee of $90.00 ~ this after billing me $80.00 for the two months that I had no service. Finally I gave up. I asked them to terminate my service. It took forever to get them to do that. I still have no confirmation they are not going to continue billing my credit card. I get sick just thinking about it.
Now that I think about it, when I did have internet service, there for a few months in the beginning, it was slower than the dial up service I currently have.
They are a NIGHTMARE WITH A CAPITAL N!
I hope someone shuts this company down. They are a threat to public health.
