Wild Blue Satellite Internet False Advertising of Internet speeds Greenwood Village Colorado
Iam a Satellite business Retailer for Wild Blue and Dish Network. I offer Wild Blue internet service to my customers and have had nothing but problems. Wild Blue advertise's certain speeds for uploading for 3 different programming pachages. The higher the pachage, the faster the up load speed, "one would think." About 98% of my customers who were sold Wild Blue, have complained about their upload speeds.
I have spent many hours trying different things to make the upload speed faster, but failed every time. The upload speed for the lowest programming pachage is advertised at 128 kbps. All customers received 35 to 90 kbps upload speeds. The fastes upload speed Wild Blue offers is 256 kbps which customers received 25 to 90 kbps. Customers who had the lower pachage, were getting faster speeds than customers with the fastes pachage. My company has around 100 Wild Blue customers. 3 of those customers are trying to sue myself for selling false advertising of service.
I have trouble shooted with Wild Blue's so called service specialists for many hours. They would never take any blame. They would tell my customers that my company must have installed their system wrong for the slow speeds. I have over 10 years experience and am certified with Wild Blue. Every install is up to all codes. I have also spoken with other local satellite companies who also sale Wild Blue, and have also had many issues with Wild Blue slandering thei business instead of teling the customers the truth. These issues are also all over the internet. Something really needs to be done.
