I have emailed this company five times with no response. My Credit card was charged and needless to say the company has not delivered. My only regret is not coming to this website first and seeing the truth of these scam artists. I will not stop and will continue to involve enough people until justice is reached. Do not order from this group of thiefs. They are giving all Grateful Dead fans a bad name. Do not become a statistic.

Relief for charges!

As a business owner and a frequent user of eBay, I have learned that people try to rip you off everywhere.
I had that happen to me for LOTR special edition. When I was charged but received no order. I then went to my credit card company and DISPUTED the charge. They cancelled the charge.
eBay then contacted me because of the charge back. When I explained what I did and why, there was no problem.
You do have a recourse! You may be asked to fill out paperwork for credit card co. Print out copies of orders, save originals and when you DO send info KEEP A COPY for yourself!
I'm in 2 lawsuits because of it. One is Covad for stocks (the one and ONLY time I ever bought stocks) and the 2nd is a company that does medical billing in CA.
