Complaint Review: Wild West Limo

I booked Wild West Limo via my cell, so unfortunately I didn't see the poor reviews on google's site warning me not to use this company. I paid cash in full up front for a 4 hour limo ride for my husband's birthday. They didn't bother to give me a receipt for the cash purchase. Then at the end of the night the driver, Jacob, asked me for my debit card because he needed an imprint as this is standard procedure. I knew it didn't feel right, but I expect that people are honest and legit. The next day there is a charge for $250 dollars on my card. That is a lot of money to just take without my knowledge or authorization especially during the holidays. I tried calling the company and the driver, Jacob numerous times over the past week and Jacob refuses to answer my calls. Just this morning I called Jacob's cell one last time and the man that answered the cell phone denied that he was Jacob. Come on... if the charge is legit, just talk to me about it! Don't hide your identity - that's childish. All I want is a phone call and I gave them well over a week to get in touch with me. So now I am in the process of disputing this with my bank, but they need a receipt for the cash payment which - they never gave me... go figure. It is looking unlikely that I will ever see this money again and I feel badly for other folks who might use these guys and get the same disservice. Please help in anyway that you can - even if it is only to protect other people from this sort of robbery.
