I signed up for a one year contract for Wildblue Communications to provide broadband highspeed internet and it is anything but that. I've had nothing but trouble since day one.

I spent over $200 in cell minutes with what they call tech support. I had 6 appointments for a service call starting July '06 and none of the appointments were kept by Wildblue techs. Finally on Labor Day weekend a rep showed up. He didn't even know what an SVT was.

This month, December '06, my bill was padded an extra $75 for another service call I did not request or get. When talking to billing I was told several lies and they wanted to keep the money they were not entitled until the next billing cycle.

The speed is much lower than dialup. I have listened to Real audio over dialup before and this cannot be done with my wildblue connection because of timeouts or jittery feeds. This is the worst example of an ISP i've ever seen.
