I had the Pro package with Wildblue and was happy with it most of the time-minus the times I was knocked off during the working time because of weather.  I started getting where Internet Explorer could not display the page a lot of times.  I would call Wildblue and they would run through the the modem reset and then they would have a tech come out-at their cost. I have been a customer since 2006.  The IE page was still having issues. Wildblue  started to to talk about a better speed more and more. So I got interested.  I was told by several selling agents about the package for $49.99 and it was comparable to what I already had. I am handicapped and have a small part time job out of my home on the computer.   I needed certain downloads and upload speeds. Wildblue knew this as I said I have been a customer for 6 years.  I asked several sales people about I needed what I have if I am to change.  Yes, yes, yes the $49.99 package would work for you.  I thought great-I would have better speed and some money in my pocket to pay for my property taxes. Boy was Wildblue wrong. The package I need is $130.00 and I can't afford that.  I am getting warning and slow speeds several times and it has only been 2 months.  I had to go to the middle package and it still not good enough-the warning are still coming.  I asked to get Wildblue back instead of Via-sat and was told they closed that gate.  I need internet service for a job, but also why shouldn't I be able to enjoy the Web as well.  I am getting burned by this and I currently am looking for a new internet service.  I may have to pay more that what I am now-but I don't like to pay Liars!!
