I had ordered a Motorola Pebl U9 this was back in December on the 9th. I even ordered it through Paypal just to make sure I have that extra insurance for delivery. I never received the phone so I deceided to cancel the order. You can't get a hold to a live person it's just a recording telling you to send them an e-mail and they will issue a ticket and will get back to you.

Well I did do this and received an e-mail back from them about December 18th letting me know that they cancelled the order and will be issuing me a refund so of course I'm thinking everything is taken care of. One, two then three weeks go by so I got a hold to Paypal to investigate this for me and put in a claim with Paypal for non-receipt of merchandise and non-refund. Paypal tired but I just got an e-mail from them today saying they could not recover the funds.

I have kept every e-mail that Wildcat Cellular and Paypal sent me for proof so I can see about a lawsuit. I want my money back...I'm a struggling student and don't have much money and that was a big blow to my wallet. Do Not Use Wildcat Celluar for you cell phone needs they will rip you off and you won't get your merchandise or money back.
