Complaint Review: Wildcat Communications - Cellular Blowout

My husband order a Motorola v3i back in April 2008 paid for rush delivery fee, since he had just lost his phone and was in need of a phone asap. He waited and waited but and after a week he started trying to contact the company and no one would answer the phone or call back. We have requested several times for them to refund the price but we have still to see anything. We requested that our credit card refund the amount and explained to them that this was a fraud charge, which by the way I will no longer be using the Bank of America Visa anymore since they kept telling me they couldn't do anything until I new for sure it was fraud. I finally got them to start an investigation. I also just called the Los Angeles County Police Department and filed a fraud case against them. I am done playing with them.
