Complaint Review: WILDFLOWERS AND BUGS

I wish I had seen the reports about wildflowers and bugs last year.  It would have saved me alot of heartache.  I ordered two items from this person in November of 2008 at the Maryland Christmas Show in Frederick, Maryland.  Since I didn't need the items for Christmas, I told him it would be ok to send the items in march.  Of course, I paid for the items up front.  When I still hadn't received them in May, I emailed to find out if there was a problem. I received a prompt reply informing me that he had suffered an eye injury and wound up in the hospital, therefore he was behind with the orders.  In July, after still not receiving the items, I emailed again, asking for the items or a refund.  Again, a prompt reply assuring me that he would get right to them once he returned to Syracuse.  It is now 10 months later and he has stopped replying to email requests for a refund. 

Please!! Stay away from this guy if you happen to see him at a craft show- He is nothing but a con-man.  You will never receive the items you order and you will never see your money again.  Please also contact your local craft shows to warn them!!
