I ordered a t-shirt and window decal. Wildflower Trading Co. charged my Visa debit card $27.90. I never recieved my order and did not recieve any answers to my emails. They do not list any company address or phone number on their website or email purchase reciept. On my bank statement was a phone number 607-785-0190. I called that number and got a machine, I left a message, but no return call.

Talking to Suppliers

#3Consumer Comment

Wed, January 15, 2003

I think talking to the suppliers is a good way to go, as they seem to know these people. As i said, the guy i spoke with seemed genuinely surprised that we'd been ripped off. I plan on calling back in a few days to see if they've followed up.

Lesson learned for me is that I should've ordered directly from the suppliers - I know they're legit. I fell for a nice-looking website.

Let me knowif you do get your tee-shirt and decal.

I have communicated with two of Wildflowers'
suppliers, Liquid Blue T-shirts and Grateful
Dead Merchandise.

They know of the complaints and are trying to do something about resolving our order problems. For those of us who payed with checks, money orders or debit cards - there are people who are trying to speak for us.

The sales manager of L.B. told me "action has been taken", and the customer service agent of GDM has gotten in touch with Patricia of WTC and will be expressing GDM's outrage that we are being treated they way we are.

Hopefully we will get our goods. I have done the best I can, some have contacted the FBI Internet Fraud and other fraud reporting agencies, so we have help coming.
