I originally located wildflowerstrading.com by way of eBay. I was looking for Grateful Dead items and while they were running an auction there, they also gave a link to their website so I went to have a look. I eventually ordered $26.15 worth of items, paid by way of paypal as soon as I ordered, and emailed them the information. I received a confirmation of order letter from them and then nothing.

This was February 2002. I have sent *numerous* emails and not one of them has been answered. I complained to paypal but because it had been over a month once I processed my complaint they couldn't/wouldn't help me. Lastly, I sent wildflowerstrading.com and email stating that I would give them 72 hours to either refund my money or send me my items or I was going to report them to the FBI website for fraud. Still nothing and I reported them.

I've even gone so far as to track down who owns the domain to their website but of course the email address on that info no longer works, nor does the telephone number.

I did find a telephone number for Wildflowers Trading Company in CA but that wasn't the right place, they sell seeds at that place. That man informed me that they get at least 2 calls a week looking for this other company.

If you check their listing on eBay (grateful_dead_shop) they actually have good feedback, but funny enough, the two complaints listed are by people who ordered from their website catalog!

I also wrote to eBay to inform them of what happened to me, letting them know that I found these shitheads through eBay to begin with, and of course, as you would expect, no answer from them either.

So, here I am. And while $26.15 might not seem like a lot of money ... its MY money and that means something to me.

I've received letters from two other folks who have been ripped off by Patricia Centlivre, the person listed as owner of Wildflowers Trading Company. She also lists Vestal NY as where she is, or at least where money is to be sent if you win one of her eBay auctions.

I finally heard from eBay who said they had taken appropraite measures. Yeah, right, she is still selling and the latest person who wrote to me is out $351.55!

I am seriously considering a class action lawsuit against eBay, anyone know how that could be done? I mean, look at all of the people here who have been ripped off because eBay refuses to take care of this stuff.

The Better Business Bureau has contacted me with a case number, I don't know if that is going to do any good or not and I have filed with every fraud agency I can think of. I really want justice here!
