On 12-03-02 I ordered a Fitz/Floyd item from WTC and it has not been delivered. I have tried numerous times to contact the company but they only have an email address. All responses are automatic form letters, never a true response.
Telephone company has no record of Wildflowers Trading Company in New York State.
Dummy me placed a second order on 1-6-03 and used a credit card which I was able to cancel before charges were placed. If this a crook company why didn't they put thru charges to get the money??
Is it possible they are 8 weeks behind and only a mom/pop business that works only on line. Did their computer crash?? What's going on with this company? I only want my item that I ordered!!!!!

Several of us disgruntled WTC customers have emailed their suppliers. I even emailed Fitz and Floyd, though I did not order from them, others have and got ripped-off. At least now they all know and the more complaints the better. You can go to www.fitzfloyd.com, "contac us". i got one of WTC's main suppliers to not sell them anymore goods until they straighten out the mess. WTC did put a disclaimer on their website this week, saying to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. I have been waiting 8 weeks, and I know of customers who have been waiting since last Feb. At least one customer has filed a FBI Internet Fraud report, and one person filed with their state Attorney General's Office.
