Purchased Elvis Desk Clock from Wildflowers on 4/28/03. On 4/29/03 an unusual charge appeared on the credit card I had used, naming a different merchant and the amount of purchase was different. At first I thought maybe the clock had been discounted and the company used a third party to handle the billing.

There was no phone number listed to contact, but it had website address. Became concerned and went to this website. Learned that my credit card account had been billed for 3 months of email service and would continue to be automatically billed to my credit card every 3 months. I have never ordered email service. I only have a computer at my office and get free email service so I have no need for this service.

Tried to contact this website www.diage.com repeatedly. No reply. Toll free # not working. I think these 2 incidents are too much of a coincidence not to be related. I am wondering if these folks at Wildflowers have started some type of scam where they are selling people's credit card information to other dishonest companies and if these 2 companies are in this scam together.

Also repeatedly tried to contact Wildflowers. No response from them and no clock. Have filed complaint with Alabama Attorney General and BBB of Upper State New York.
