Told me incorrect information about what I needed to get my car out several times. Had to have FL Highway Patrol call them and make them release my car. Told me the police would not let them release it but I called the police and guess what they told them to release it. After I get there the next day (since they are only open 6 hours a day and I live in another city) after driving 3 hours from Jacksonville for the 2nd time she wouldn't release it since it wasn't in writing... but didn't bother to tell me or the officer that she needed it in writing.

Didn't bother to email the officer until the next morning (I showed up 20 minutes after I opened). The officer was off until Monday (this is Thursday). So I had to waste several hours getting the Chief to contact the patrol officer and call her and email her. They give me back a car with a dead battery and I had to call AAA to get a jump. They drove it to the gate and it died. The battery was not dead when they towed it. They also charged me an extra day of storage when according to FL law they cannot charge for the first 6 hours and my car was towed after 10 pm at night. And a personal item was missing out of my backpack in the back seat.

Also... "The tow yard must be open for vehicle owners to get their vehicles back on any day that the person or firm towing such vehicle or vessel is open for towing purposes, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fla. Stat. § 715.07(2)(a)(1)." They are only open 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm making it pretty impossible for someone 3 hours away to pick up there vehicle. When I said it seems like you are trying to keep my car here longer to make money she got very rude, gave me a wave off hand gesture and told me she didn't want my piece of junk and they would just junk it anyway. I guess she doesn't realize I am not an idiot and that I know you get money for junking a car and that you would not junk a car that has less than 70k miles and is in great condition that has a blue book of over 7k (and that she had already mentioned they have a dealer license in a prior phone conversation). I'll also add that even another business in the area that I spoke to said they are as*holes.
