I was contacted on July 21st by a Will Buxston Senior Investigator of US Legal Investigation Bureau. He said I was going to be charged with 3 serious crimes because I failed to pay back an online loan. After yelling and belittling me for over 30 minutes, he told me he can take care of this for $1890 but it needed to be paid immediately or the police were going to come to my work tomorrow and arrest me for these charges. He told me I will lose everything including my job and respectibility if I did not pay this amount. He told me that they were canceling my driver's license and putting a red flag on my social security number. He then read all my information that I had used on my loan application including my references. I told him I was unable to pay such a large amount and he told me that I was going to go to jail for a very long time and that he wasnt going to be able to help me and that I needed to call friends, family, and coworkers to try and get some of the money together. He refused to let me hang up with him so I could try and get the money. I was finally able to get him off the phone with me after I gave him a credit card number where the money was to be deposited in after I collected it. He then wanted me to write a promisary note saying I would pay the $1890 on Friday and he gave me his fax number. I promptly went to my internet and typed in the name and up it came as a scam!!! Im sorry for anyone who was taken by this group but I thank you to those who have posted their stories online. I've been scammed once and I hope to never be scammed again!

I called these jokers up and the guy I spoke with claimed to be an FBI agent. I inquired about their illegal acts of threatening people over a debt and asked him why an FBI agent was moonlighting as a debt collector.

I called my local FBI office and reported this and they told me that the phone number is most likely being spoofed using VOIP to mask their real location.

I just got another call on my work number from this company!!! This time they are calling me from a Washington DC area code. The person is heavy accented and talked so low it was hard to hear him on the message. I had notified the receptionist to put ANY calls asking for my full name into my answering machine. I sent them a fax yesterday telling them that they are NOT to contact me on either of my phones and they are still doing it. I jsut had my supervisor call the number back and tell them that they are to no longer call this work number. We will see if it works!!! The number he asked for a return call to is: 202-715-0902
