Complaint Review: Willard B Palmer Siding

I contracted Willard Palmer to put the shingles on my home after he gave me an estimate and told me that he was the factory direct representative. Turns out all of this was a lie. He not only installed the siding poorly but he also did not pay the true person that was the material supplier and I got the notice that a lien was filed on my property. He sent a crew about half the time when he said he was going to, went over budget, got paid in full, and then had the gall to turn around and sue me. Needless to say this guy is a ripoff and a fraud BEWARE. RUN as fast as you can away from this clown. He sent his brother down to do the work and it was like robbing Peter to pay Paul. This Laurel and Hardy team needs to be behind bars. The district attorney is about to file charges against this construction team. They are liars. We were building our dream home and it has turned into a nightmare because of Willard Palmer Construction. I cant believe that there are people that lie to your face and sleep like a baby at night. He was paid more than the original bid and stuck his material supplier for more than twenty thousand dollars in unpaid bills and said I did not pay him. I have all canceled checks and paid invoices from this jerk. They picked the wrong guy to mess with. I will throw good money after bad to make sure this guy isnt able to hurt anyone ever again. Let this be a lesson to all contractors>>>You cant lie forever and get away with it, and you better pay your bills. This guy also sends his brother Doug down to do the framing. Needless to say he is worse than his brother. I wouldnt let him frame my dog house. Everything is having to be fixed. Unbelievable. Oh Yeah his BROTHER Doug claims that they both filed bankruptcy. SO go figure. His brothers cell phone number is the one listed above. LIARS AND THEVES
