Complaint Review: WILLIAM A. LARGE - KING REALTY GROUP INC.

To make a long story short, I stayed in Alimar Apts (owned bt King Realty Group Inc.)for over a year, I had a few problems and was promised that I could move into another unit owned by King Realty as well by Mr. William A. Large.

Once I moved out, Mr. Large stated I owed for not giving 30 day notice, which was unneccesary since I was only moving into another unit. He stated I owed for damages to the apartment that did not exist or were wear-n-tear that he was asked to have repaired and never did, and I am held liable for these charges because he never contacted me for a walk thru.

My child and I was homeless as a result of this; Mr. Large informed other landlords that called as reference that I left without notice, which makes no sense because there was notice given for me to move into another unit and since he basically lied I was left homeless and that would ruin my chances of getting another place.
