William and Frank L. Garza - Churchill Autos aka WFL Whosale Carexp ripoff False Advertisement, sold truck with non-legal brakes, falsely said truck has air brakes Arlington Texas
Seller sold a truck that was not inspected. There were literally no brakes on the truck. The brakes didn't act that way when the truck was tested; but I guess they had to really warm up.
Truck had to be stopped with the emergency brakes. The truck was taken to be inspected and was told that front brakes were cracked and rear rotors were completely gone. Was also told that those brakes were no where near legal to drive on.
Seller falsely advertised the truck with having air brakes too. Those brakes are hydrolic and no mechanic shops really support those brakes; and if they do, it is VERY expensive.
I already have a business truck with hydrolic brakes and bought that truck basically because of the air brakes that were advertised. The inspector has the documentation and parts to back up the inspection.
Truck was driven less than 200 miles (miles testing it, miles to paint shop, and miles to inspector). The cost of the brake job was another $2700 (itemized bill was kept to prove cost).
Called seller and asked why item was falsely advertised; he said "Forget what the description said," he then hung up on me.

William was selling trucks/cars under the Ebay username northtexaswholesale, while at the same time bidding on his own trucks under another username (churchillmotors). By doing this, he would jack up the prices on his auctions under northtexaswholesale, and definitely getting over on customers. Both usernames are now "No Longer Registered Members" with Ebay. I have filed with Ebay, Square Trade, & Paypal.
