Complaint Review: William (Bill) terSteege

This man is someone all women should fear! He raped a young woman at out local beach, and was arrested, and later indicted for first degree (Felony) rape. He was later allowed to plead guilt to 'sexual misconduct' (a misdemeanor)and his "puinshment" was 5 years probation, all because the DA's office was understaffed at the time, the assitant DA quit, and there was a high profile muder trial going on at that time as well. (The Jeffery Glanda murder trial). He has also phtsically abused numerous other women, including his own immediate family. There are also other possible rapes, but these additional victims were evidently too afraid to also come forward. He often hangs out at the high school, to talk with the teen-aged girls at dismissal time. He repeatedly gets away with crime after crime. Among those, he buys drugs and alcohol for these teenagers. He drives a battered blue Chevy pick-up (early 80's model), with a lift kit and roll bars.
