My husband and I rented off of William and Denise Boltz from Sept. 1 2016 to Sept 1 2017. We gave them notice of moving out. We left when they decided to rent it last minute when we were on a month to month agreement. We have taken care of issues they insisted on needed attention. They still refuse to even refund some of the money. Now they will not return calls or text messages
