Complaint Review: William Dawson

Trashed and totally disrespected my elderly mother's property with birds, dogs, iguanas. Installed satellite dish poorly and without authorization. Roof now leaks. Destroyed brand new WTW carpeting. Must replace. Left poorly patched holes in the drywall. All walls and ceilings dirty. Must repaint. Left unexploded fireworks, never changed HVAC filters. never watered nor cut grass, always had huge number of vehicles in driveway (boat, trailer, ATV's, cars, trucks), left many rounds of live ammunition, never cleaned up pet messes, broke windows, destroyed curtains and closet doors, broke and did not repair garage door opener, was often late with rent, made inspection a real issue, often had police on site investigating complaints. Etc.Etc. Etc. Do Not Rent to Mr. Dawson.
