Complaint Review: William Edward Scutt

William E. (Edward) Scutt is a never licensed anywhere so-called project manager/handyman/con-artist/scam artist, fraudster, who will tell you he has been in the construction field his whole life, but has no idea what he is doing.  "Billy Scutt" as he is also known comes from a family with a long history of real estate "flipping"/scamming with decades of LLC's, false corporations, and financial devastation in their wake.  They will lie, cheat, steal, anything for a buck.

The family is originally from Massachusetts, but is known to have done business in Florida and Georgia.  His last known whereabouts were Lake City, Florida and Elijay, Georgia after his last marriage failed and he had to move back in with daddy in Georgia.

While in Florida Billy Scutt worked for a construction services group called The Vision Group in Sarasota, Florida.  He has a criminal history that includes felony trespassing on a construction site and a domestic violence injunction in Pinellas County, Florida.  Billy Scutt is known to have a unstable personality and bad temper and people conducting business with him should proceed with caution.  

Scutt often works with a real estate agent named Vicki Jean McCord who isn't much better.  Amazing that she was able to get and hold any type of license.  Don't take. y word for it, do your own research and find out for yourself.  You will thank me for the advice, I promise.  You CAN do better.  Save yourself the heartache and financial devastation of doing business with William E.
