William (Bill) Cowie purchased a Seiko wrist watch from BlueDial.com on 12/20/2010. The product was shipped to him on the same day via UPS. Seven days later William Cowie claimed that the watch he received was not genuine. Even though the watch has a factory verifiable serial number and all original materials, this customer proceeded with a chargeback on the credit card charge and to this day refuses to return the watch. This customer has in effect stole a watch from BlueDial.com. He lied to his credit card company about the condition of the watch in order to be credited for the charge. His refusal to return of the merchandise is a willful act of theft. Police reports have been filed with the appropriate authorities.
