I did business with William Keever (Bill) years ago and lost a lot of money. Keever is an attorney and former mobile phone executive that has used the cellular auction system for his personal gain. William Keever has also milked numerous nonprofits out of desperately needed funds through his daisy chain of fraudulent companies. This guy should be stopped, but instead lives out his days in teh luxury of his Napa Valley estate. Anyone with information about his latest dealings should update this site.
