dead beat dad only cares about himself this guy has been nothing but a persistent problem since the day our son was born!
the court let him off of the first year of owed support,unjustly,if i might add.
he has done nothing but lie and evade paying for the child he helped to create.and the worst thing is that he was only ordered to pay a mere $35 a week!!!!! if anyone out there could offer any advice about what i can do,i would really appreciate it!
lord knows the court has no answers,only breaks for him.

If he has left your state to avoid paying child support its against federal law and he can be prosicuted. If you want more information about the law email me ((via Rip-off Report staff)) and I can get you some links!

well,he finally called to see how our son was doing on last saturday and to ask if i was getting child support. when i asked if he was sending it willingly,he said no.i'm sorry,but how can i have any kind of respect for someone that has bnever been there and who all of a sudden decided that it would be a good idea to try to act like as father. he has done nothing but lie and hide up until this point. now he asks if he could get to know his son.i really don't think so.we're talking about a little boy who has no idea who this deadbeat father is at all,and who knows if the jerk would even be consistent in his visits,since we are in indiana and he is in texas,living it up without the responsibility of ever having to take care of our son.
if there's anyone out there who knows or has any idea what i should do or if you know him,plaese add a rebuttal.
