The. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree. When Mr. William (Bill/Billy) Mlotok opened his agency in 1995 and became a licensed process server,; he had No prior experience. Instead of being on -site; he looked for shortcuts. Mr. Mlotok had his manager sign someone else's name to affidavits of service which were admitted into court. He also used someone elses' personal problems to his advantage to avoid paying the balance of his note to the prior owners- licensed and vested reputable process servers who were in the industry for a long time. * Now Fast Forward- Mr. Mlotok affiliated with Mr. Yellon@ Intercounty Judicial with an accountant background/ manipulating and using the Process Serving Professional organizations NYSPPSA and Napps and possibly Independent Server with a few elite board members (unknown to dues paying hard - working honest process servers and professional process serving agencies) for his own personal gain. Guess who the new comptroller at Intercounty Judicial Service is - non other than Mr. Mlotoks' son - Samuel Mlotok. How convenient! Isn't it time that reputable licensed process server s speak up and uphold the very values and ethics that our professional organizations strive to uphold or form other reputable new organizations that will really make us the reputable and respcted process servers we once were!
