He illegaly hire international students from Florida International University and University of Miami for his work. He never pay to them. If students ask for the payment he never pay and thertent them and they are not authorised to work in USA. In his website he claims that he sucessfuly forecast the economic trends of 2008. But the reality is that he never made any written forecast and never sold any forecast. This company never made any documented economic forecast for 2009. But his website claims that they made forecast on major currencies, metel and oil price. He is simply a fraud. In his website

I have invested money with Mr Nobrega and he has continually kept me updated about the progress of the investment. If he was a " scammer" he could have disappeared with my money but he did not. He continues to work tirelessly to achieve a positive result for my investment. He has no knowledge that I am writing this report it is totally my own decision as I feel he is being unfairly targeted by a disgruntled former employee

I am the Managing Partner of The Conrad Group a firm established 5 years ago. We are now considered to be one of the leading emerging market investment advisory firms globally. I am the author of 'Riding the Indian Tiger' published by John Wiley & Sond in 2008 and I am a frequent guest on CNBC, CNN, and Bloomberg I am also a guest columnist for BusinessWeek. We have never hired a student from FIU or the University of Miami. The individual that authored this report was hired as an indepedent contracter and his contract was terminated with cause. At the time he informed us that he was a legal resident and that he was a student at FIU. Our firm is one of the leading recruiters from Chicago-Booth and that is where the majority of our associates graduate from. Our forecasting and modeling is used by leading institutions globally and I am currently working on my next book 'The Next Wave which will be published in 2010. I have turned this matter over to our legal counsel and have asked them to aggressively pursue any and all legal remedies to include criminal prosecution agianst the author of this report. We have also informed Florida International University of this matter and would expect them to take the appropriate action against this indvidual.
