William Parker /  Pamela Harris   RipOff offering high value backlinks (on open blog sites connected to questionable ‘news’ sites).  Probably not real names either, hiding behind ‘gmail’ email addresses listed below.  No telephone numbers.  Spam you with offers of s****.>

Push, push push is their modus operandi, what they create is very sub-standard and  generate many such articles without your permission, then ask for hundreds of dollars as payment for their work !!   Will then threaten/blackmail with blackhat SEO antimarketing to try and damage your existing rankings in search.

Communications are in Poor English. They overcharge for what they give as evidence of their poor quality work which won’t help any SEO efforts anyway!

When pushed to give details of where they are in the world, they never say. Also hide behind bogus information and private IP addresses to void detection.  AVOID their pathetic antics and blackmail attempts by not responding to them in the first place.

None of their online activity ever gives address details which could be verified. Hence they continue to hide and only accept payments via PayPal and Western Union to avoid being traced.
