Complaint Review: William Popich Reblproduction

I called William Popich Reblproduction about an item he had for sale on EBay. KVH tracvision A5 land mobile satellite item #9735746077. He said it was sold. He called me back less than an hour later. He said he had purchased several of these satellite systems for his limousine service and would be willing to sell me one.

Mr Popich ask me to send the money by Western Union. I advised Mr Popich I would pay only by Credit Card so I would be protected. After several calls from Mr Popich he talked me into using my credit call by way of Western Union. He said this would still protect me and I could get the item faster. He advised me he would even take off the fee for sending the money by Western Union.

Needless to say I didn't receive anything. $1400 gone. I called Western Union and have the receipt where he picked up the money.

I have e-mailed EBay and got the same response as the other person.
