In 2018 I invested 5k into his so-called binary options, and a few weeks into the program was told that they would now start charging a maintenance fee, which was never agreed upon. When asked about getting my monies back, since this was not what was originally agreed on,  I was told I would need to wait.

Here I am 2 years later still waiting. I happened to see others who have been prey to William and insisted that he give me my money back and that is when he became belligerent and stopped communication. I have all the text messages, emails and screenshots of him being a jerk.

This guy is not what he pretends to be and is not an "expert" in anything" he is nothing but a con-artist and tries to come across as "enlightened" and educated. Do not let his "quiet" persona fool you. So many excuses about updating the system, and trading being down... I hope I see this guy face to face.

Dude,

I don't know who you are nor can I recall anything of this nature.

All I can tell is that you are starting 2020 with bullsh*t and in your feelings. Haha.

We've had plenty of legal changes that went into Binary Options Trading and the United States so I can't recall any situation in which you describe.

We never charged anyone with any type of maintenance fee for anything.

For someone who stopped communicating surely has no issue communicating.

You claim you have text, emails, and screenshots but don't even post them to validate your claim in your favor.

Do that actually make sense?

However, you think venting your frustration will get you the results or closure you are seeking?

Please, stop with the nonsense like this is an IRS refund check, post the screenshots, or reach out to the person in charge of our old programs.

Wish you the best of luck in this 2-year journey and hope you get what you need to move on.
