WE ordered online about $850 worth of pots and pans and one of the pots were defecticve and badly damaged. we called and informed customer service and they told us we can go to the store but the store told us we must do it online. we made several phone calls to return and exchange and they promised ot send us a return label on which to this date we dont have. i have called the corporate office and left 6 essages with customer relations and have not received any return calls from them. i called customer service again and was put on hold for 45 mins and hang up on me. 

now i go online they told me i can not return the product because it is past my 30 days which is because from waiting from them. this company dont care aboit their customers. all they want is your money   Do not order online because they will wait 30 days and then tell you that you are past your 30 days return. William Sonoma is a Rip Off
