I have a contract with William Flanigan to build a barn. He hired contract workers and came out to start the job. Per the contract, there is a down payment/deposit which I had agreed to pay. He had the workers being work. I am not sure how many days Mr. Flanigan showed up because I work during the day.
After paying him the required initial payment, which was to pay the workers for the first week of work and buy more material, he vanished. I cannot reach him by phone, text nor email. He will not return calls. He did not pay the workers. He has since changed his phone number.
After doing some research I found out that he has done this to other people. This guy needs to be stopped.

William Flanagan started my barn and left me, (and his worker's hogh and dry. Made up a phony story that his uncle had a motorcycle accident. I never heard form hom again. He would not return phone calls. He did not pay his sub contractors either.

Lipton Buildings has sent a more than fair refund to this customer. Its unfortunate that Lipton has had "one" customer issue. We consider this contract dispute to be resolved.
