William T. Hart, partner Hart & Trinen Law Firm Scottsdale Arizona Attorney's malpractice & failing to provide invoice. Securities lawyers.
On July, 2001 I hired the services of William T. Hart, partner of the Hart & Trinen Law Firm. I sent him a check of $15,000 USD as a retainer. He is a Securities lawyers. At that point some people that are in the Venture Capital industry, told me that this firm fees were extremely high.
As of today he hasn't provided me with an invoice for his services. Of course he has stated that he has a good amount of expenses that he already has incurred on. But I don't trust him. I believe that he is lying and he doesn't want to give me my money back. He states that he has done a good amount of work, but he has not.
He hasn't done anything for me or my company. I pay all the phone calls and he never returns my calls. Therefore I believe that he should return all my money back.
He has an email address, and most of our internet business is done through the internet. I have been thinking of filing an Internet Fraud Complaint due to that fact.

I never wrote this reports. I already have apologized on behalf of whoever wrote this unusual message on the Internet. As I said and as I explained in the previous report: Mr. William Hart is a very professional attorney. He has worked to the best of his ability and he has been able to help me resolve all the legal implications that erupt from the management of a public corporation. I don't think that anyone would consider any of the statements above to be even serious.
I don't think that Mr. Hart will even have to rebutt this report due to the fact that he is a professional attorney that talks to me on a frequent basis in order to assist me.

Non-sense
Last time I dealt with Bill Hart he executed all the work on a timely manner. I sincerely think that he is a professional and dilligent attorney. I think that this message should be deleted because it is untrue. I did receive the work that he sent me.
I am writing this in response to the fact that Mr. Hart has performed his duties and he has worked professionally. I think that the message sent should not be taken seriously because he is a good attorney and performed to the best of his ability.
As of today William T. Hart has performed in a professional manner.
