Complaint Review: William Thomas Flanigan

Thomas Flanigan is running a family "FRAUD" business.  It's pretty sad that he also involves his son in his scam.  According to other posts, his brother, who is a sex offender is the one that physically comes on your property to do the work.  Pretty sad!  Especially those of us who have children that run around outside.  Flanigan's business is shabby work from start to finish!  Poor construction and you never know when they are going to show up not to mention the numerous trips they make to the hardware store claiming they never received all material.  I have never in my life seen such a mess of a building that I paid good money for.  Plus additional money that I will have to pay someone else to come and rebuild.
