Complaint Review: William Vance Erik Anderson / Mayuka Shibata Anderson

 We had moved into a property he owns, where he had listed things that he would fix this previous year, but nothing ever happened. There is literally a hole you can see through near the bathroom. My partner fell through his rotten old deck and the landlord came over with boards and told him to fix it. Which is illegal. He never repaired the roofs many leaks that would flood the laundry room. He never removed the trash left in the barn from another tennant. The barn is dangerous and will not last another winter, nor will the floors. The house is infested with spiders, mice, and termites. The bathroom is sinking, the toilet is not attracted to the floor, the bath tub is sinking into the floor, the faucets are broken and there is no shower. The bath wall is rotting out as well. I asked him to help fix the toilet once because it did not flush for a week. He just proclaimed "women are ignorant," and left. And with all of this, his "deposit and two months rent equivalent statement" makes it so you do not get a deposit back, because it is not considered "legally" a deposit. Do NOT rent from this guy. He's awful.
