Mr Wilhelm ILLEGALLY represented me in my divorce. He took all of my LEGAL assets in my marriage and GAVE them to my CHEATING, LYING husband.When you look at my divorce decree you see I got NOTHING, I , by FLORIDA Community Property LAW, was, AT THE LEAST, entitled to. I was entitled to Alimony and Mr Wilhelm KNEW I needed it badly and he ACTUALLY denied me this in my divorce. My ex-husband was out sticking his d**k in other women and I begged Mr Wilhelm to represent ME and ONLY ME...Mr Wilhelm ended up representing my ex-husband by giving/allowing him to take everything from me and I was left DESTITUTE.
Mr Wilhelm STOP hiding in the FLORIDA BAR. YOU SHOULD NOT BE MEDIATING...YOU ILLEGALLY took my Marital Community PROPERTY away from me...I trusted you to represent my best interests in my divorce-
YOU DID NOT represent my best interests
YOU DID STEAL MY ASSETS
YOU LIED TO ME (you said I had your, "word and your hand shake that you would represent me and only me")
YOUR HANDS ARE DIRTY.
I did not deserve this, I was the innocent party- I was looking for fair representation, you gave me NONE. YOU mr Wilhelm owe me RESTITUTION for what you did to ME...STOP HIDING IN THE FL BAR. You are a liar and a thief and you are very untrustworthy. You need to STOP mediating, YOUR LICENSE needs to be revoked. YOU OWE ME REPARATIONS FOR WHAT YOU DID TO ME...YOU have NO right to sit in judgement of other ATTORNEYS... YOUR HANDS ARE DIRTY.

William Wilhelm filed FALSIFIED divorce documents in my divorce. When the original complaint was filed the Florida Bar PURPOSELY mishandled the claim to PROTECT the fact that William Wilhelm was an employee of the Bar's Complaint Assistant Department.
Mr Wilhelm BLATANTLY broke the law in his representation of my interests in my divorce. The Bar Associates that said they "reviewed" my submitted complaint have purposely IGNORED the actions of William Wilhelm and have used inappropriate excuses to not have William Wilhelm CHARGED for breaking the law and ALL of the conduct codes of the FLORIDA BAR.
The very ESSENCE of what William Wilhelm filed in my divorce was CORRUPT and done with unjustified MALICE against me, his client, and caused me great financial and emotional harm.
My complaint WAS filed in a timely matter considering two major factors-
1. The Florida Bar did NOT act in a punctual amount of time getting the the REQUIRED FORMS to submit my complaint in a timely manner- the Florida Bar was NOT always set up on the internet. When I found out where the Florida Bar was and that it was the investigating body for corrupt attorneys I was within the statute of limitations. The forms needed to be mailed to me. The Florida Bar was moving to a new location when I called (remember, no internet website existed). I was told these papers I NEEDED to submit my complaint on would be mailed to me. I had to contact the Florida Bar THREE TIMES just to finally get the forms MAILED TO ME (over a total of 9 months time to just get the documents mailed to me). In GOOD FAITH I waited to get the forms and when they did not come I called again AND again. ANY AND ALL DELAYS were the fault of the Florida Bar's LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH after I did all I could to procure the documents REQUIRED for submission.
2. William Wilhelm manipulated the falsifed documents to his advantage to take away from the statute of limitations to OBSTURUCT my persuit of JUSTICE. Had The Associates of THE FLORIDA BAR properly reviewed my documents they would have seen this. By the time I was fully aware of the extent that William Wilhelm had broken the law and MISREPRESENTED me -please note part of my complaint was that William Wilhelm had ILLEGALLY withheld my court documentation to keep me from knowing that he had uactally submitted the FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS to the court.
By all acounts the Florida Bar is using an INAPPROPRIATE amount of time to figure the "statute of limitations" to keep me from getting JUSTICE for the BLATANT MISREPRESENTATION by William Wilhelm.
The Florida Bar also played games with my initial complaint by using an inappropriate EXCUSE to not follow through with an investigation and to ILLEGALLY PROTECT William Wilhelm and his association within the Florida Bar. They also dismissed his actions as "not inappropriate". I will repeat myself- THE VERY ESSENCE OF WHAT WILLIAM WILHELM SUBMITTED ON MY BEHALF WAS ILLEGAL- as seasoned as an attorney as william wilhelm is, what he submitted and how he submitted it was SUBSTANDARD attorney procedure. ANY OTHER ATTORNEY NAMED AS THE ATTORNEY IN MY COMPLAINT WOULD HAVE BEEN DISBARRED IN A HEARTBEAT.
I want JUSTICE and the Florida Bar knows they are LIABEL for MISHANDLING my complaint of William Wilhelm MISREPRESENTING ME.
This is OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE.
