July 2016 to now, Williams Buick Gmc still has not given me my Brush Bar worth Over $900 to $1200.00 I bought a 2016 Gmc Acadia and a 2016 Chevy 2500hd. A week from each other, maybe 90k worth of sales, so you would think they'd take good care of my growing Family. I wasn't going to buy the 2016 Chevy Truck but they said they would put a brush bar on it as part of the sale. The next day, after the sale was final and all paperwork was signed and finished they called and said the brush bar would not fit and I needed to come pick up the truck. I called a few times and now they won't return my calls. The brush bar's value is between 900 to $1200 dollars. When I told the dealer I would speak to a lawyer they said they have bigger lawyers. It's been a few months and if I don't get a message back I will file a lawsuit for over $2,700 for breach of contract which no lawyer will win. They signed the contract states Brush Bar installed. I have even made calls to the head office. I hope this message will get something going to get my funds of $900 or court for breach of contract. We owe you on a contract means you owe me. I paid you. I would not do business with this company

Just to get it out of the way: I work for a Dealer Far, Far away from this one, call it 2,000 miles and we sell another Manufacturer. You have committed a tactical error in your fight with the dealer. You threatened to file a Lawsuit.   Once you say Lawyer or Lawsuit the Dealer as a matter of Policy will not talk to you, your Lawyer has to talk to their Lawyer. Or considering the $ Value involved you have to sue in small claims court. Please be aware that there may not be a part that fits your truck, you may have to settle for a low end of the range refund, or the Dealer may offer sweeteners like a service contract or different accessories. Either way they have to make good to a "reasonable" degree. Not necessarily  providing a brush guard if one is not available. Good Luck
