Complaint Review: Williams Cheverlet

Williams Cheverlet After I told them I didnt want the car , they said its too late I signed the contract, I said tear it up they said no,Ihave to take the car Chicago Illinois .....

In the process of buying a car they gave me a care note that I could afford. I requested a cheaper car in order to get a lesser note and I was told I didn't qualify.At this point I told them that I don't want the car and they told me I signed the contract and I had to take the car.After bring the car home I called the finance company (GMAC) and told them about the sitituation and they said that when I told them I didn't want the car they should have tore up the contract.

So I told (GMAC) that I stop payment on the hold check that I left and they told me to take the car back.Aletter was typed and put in an envelop stating that I do not want the car, the car was taken back ,parked on the lot ,the keys were taken in to the sales person who made the sale but he wasn't in so another sales person took me to his desk and the keys with the letter was put in his desk.

Two hrs. later some one brought the car back ,parked it out side the house and put the keys in the mail box. We recieved no call.They have a uninsured 2003 parked outside of my house that they want me to pay for.GMAC states don't touch the car because once we took it back they shouldn't brought it back.
