My girlfriend purchased a helmet from them and she wanted the adult small and the sales girl said she need a kids large. My girlfriend not knowing how to be fitted for a helmet took the womans advice even after telling the sales woman that it was very tight. She had it on for about an hour and it hurt her so bad I had to pull over and change her helmet back to her old one. My friends girlfriend was was with us as my friend and I where shopping in the store. We bought a few other things as well. My friends girlfriend heard my girlfriend tell the sales lady that the helmet was tight but the sales woman told her it would be fine. I have called to try and get a replacement and they are now telling me it is against the law to return a helmet even after they had me ship it back the helmet was shipped back in perfect condition and they claim there is a scratch on it. It was the display model and it may of had a slight mark on it but no scratch anywhere. Now they are telling me I have to come and pick it up. They won't even return it to me.
The person claiming to be the owner told my friends girlfriend to shut up over the phone when she called in to try and help resolve the problem.
I have owned over 10 HD's love all the dealers but will NEVER step foot in this place again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
