Williams sonoma will not honor sale prices even though their system crashed San Francisco California

My wife Beth Brooks spent two hours between trying to order holiday gifts on line and being on hold, they then she gave up. Later that evening she received an email that they crashed their system all day and no one was able to order. This morning, 12-16-17 My wife Beth brooks spent 20 minutes on line trying to reproduce her cart only to find they were not honoring the sales and the free shipping was part of the sale yesterday. She then waited 35 minutes to get through the 800 number and was told she had to speak to another department customer service then supposedly was being transferred to that department, 45 minutes later was connect to another ill-equipped un-sympathetic boob he said she had talk to another department, even though my wife had completed her invoice has a invoice number and all they had to do was give her a credit for the sale yesterday, the idiot on the phone said her invoice did not exist even though my wife had an invoice number.

This company would know good customer service if slapped in the face. My wife has given the great gift to our service providers for good service and has to disappoint them because this company has no service. They could not care less if we get those holiday gifts out. Almost two and a half hours of wasted time because this company simply does not care!
