on the night of april 23rd. about 5 o'clock in the evening our townhouse extremely warm being occupied by myself ,fiance',step daughter 5 years old and my son 6 month s old. called management to report that our a/c wasnt working which included by the management in rent of 875 a month, so management called maintainence and she took my phone number to call back with response of maintainence.

she said since is wasnt over 85 degree in temperature. they didnt consider this a emergency and called it a inconvience. then also management said that maintainence would call me, which never did .

as an hour or two passed as we returned from grocery shopping, our townhome was still extremely warm and uncomfortable. then i called our office emergency line to file the problem which then a maintenence guy finally called and argued my point of view saying this was a inconvenience.

the bottom is that it was end of their shift they were to lazy and disrespectful do their job which i am sure that a rent of 875 is goin to pay ther salary, and for paying that rent to me my family shouldnt have to suffer for whatever temperature it is outside because of their negligence.
