Complaint Review: Williamsburg On The Lake - Prime Quest

I am entering a complaint against Williamsburg on the Lake. My landlord comitted fraud by failing to disclose the fair market value for the apartment prior to signing the lease. The fair market rent amount quoted actually was the rent for a 2 bedroom townhouse of 1000 square feet, approximately. Under a claim a fraud failure to disclose all contracts become void nunc prov tunc. The disputed amount is $55 this is to serve them notice that pursuant to applicable Indiana and Federal full disclosure Law and deceptive practices and fraud that I am disputing the lease that was entered into August 1, 2006 on the grounds that Williamsburg on the Lake comitted Fraud by failing to disclose the full market rent for the unit I currently occupy. Accordingly I would like for the better business bureau to investigate Williamsburg on the Lake management, Prime Quest owners.
