Complaint Review: Williamsburg Square - Ashton Place HOA C/O Vangard Managment

After 11 years of paying my HOA fees each and every month, I have had it. I am sick and tired of pouring endless money to a HOA that will not correct a BIG water problem we are having. Each and every time it rains my yard FLOODS. Not just a little bit but BIG pond in my back yard. They claim my yards to be regraded. I have had that done. All the dirt just washes away. I have been fined money from my local goverment for standing water.

Vangard Managment of maryland runs our property. They will not put the money out to have a simple trench dug to keep the storm water off our property's. But let me tell you what they can spend spend spend on new playground stuff and flowers.

What a joke. I keep paying and never see where it goes.
