Complaint Review: WILLOUGHBY & JOHNSON LTD. PURVEYORS

Dear Sir/Madam,
2 days ago, I have recived a letter from them saying i just won USD 10,000. What I should do is just reply their letter within 11 days and uncoditionally can buy the huari shaver at discounted price.

Until today, I had saw on this website http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff66704.htm,
there are victims has been cheated by them.

So, now I would like know am I being cheated too?
Previously, I had been cheated for 3 times, but I didn't find out why. After I had saw some victims on above website complaint email. I think I been cheated too.

Here is some information for your reference, to find who is this person T. Brian Wells (Awards Disbursement Department) & (a dial of International Access Code plus) 1-516-681-6642. I think they are trying to do same thing to me again. So, I hope the police or FBI/CIA please look into this matter.
