Willow Creek Assisted Living residents beware! Children beware before placing your parents' care in the hands of Donald (Don) Herman, Managing Member at Willow Creek. Recent events have led to the resignation of the president of operations and the head of marketing at Willow Creek, Las Vegas, as a result of Donald Herman's misappropriation of funds as well as with his unethical, seedy and shady business practices.

Be forewarned: Donald Herman carries a backpack that contains several high-powered pistols and pain pills, which he abuses on a daily basis. To put it mildly, Donald Herman is stoned so often as a result of taking medications for a supposed illness and a constantly postponed back surgery, that one employee witnessed  him downing Lortabs like fruit juice.

It is also rumored that much of his medication  is prescribed by Willow Creek's in-house doctor. The true origins of the financial structure of Willow Creek came from a lady in Salt Lake, Utah, by the name of Julie, Donald Herman's ex-finacee, who was induced to  put in her money as well as tens of millions of dollars of her family's money.

Other lenders and investors have been cheated and their money squandered. Donald Herman has squandered millions of dollars on matching Lexus's, several ATV vehicles and hundreds of guns. Not to mention that Herman was found face-down, passed out in his home by a family member and a high-ranking employee of Willow Creek.

As a result, hew as locked up in a mental institution under the provisions of something in the state of Nevada called a "Legal 2000" or "L2K." In the state of Nevada, someone in the medical field can place a legal hold of 72 hours on someone they thought presented a threat to others or to themselves.  This is known as an L2K.

This happened recently. Donald Herman is so paranoid, he walks around constantly accompanied by a paralegal from a law firm. At the end of the day, beware of investing with this man or placing a loved one in his care. Willow Creek is a ticking time bomb. Beware!

I don't know this outfit, but I am looking for assisted living for my mom, and I don't care what explanation or excuses may come, but I would never have my mother placed where this kind of thing was going on. A fish rots from the head down, if you catch my drift. That's something my mother would tell me. If these kinds of activities are going on at the highest levels of Willow Creek, well, you know what that means.

There was something about Willow Creek that just didn't feel right to me. I couldn't put my finger on it, but it was just a sense I had that things were amiss. My family and I were considering placing someone there, but after reading this report I can see my sixth sense was confirmed. Thank you for getting this out there.
